Just fifteen minutes, you and me, in private.
WHAT THIS IS
This is a free, private, one-on-one online conversation. Fifteen minutes. Just the two of us. Maybe you are dealing with something at work, at home, at school, or in your relationship that feels impossible to articulate. You may have watched a video I made and thought "I wish I could talk to someone about this."
Nothing you share with me will be recorded, discussed publicly, or used in any way without your permission. These sessions are confidential and the format exists to give you a safe space to express yourself.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You know something is off but cannot explain it.
You want to talk through something related to feminism, masculinity, politics, or activism as it applies to your actual life
You need a safe, private space to say something you are not ready to say publicly
You feel unheard or unsupported and simply need to be listened to by someone who will not dismiss you
Dealing with a relationship, family, or friendship situation and need a clear, outside perspective
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
You need ongoing mental health support (please reach out to a qualified therapist)
You are in crisis or need urgent help (please contact emergency service immediately)
You are looking for legal, medical, or financial advice
You are looking to debate & not genuinely interested in a real conversation (these slots are limited and reserved for people who need them)
HOW IT WORKS
1.
COMPLETE THE FORM
You will be asked for your name, number, email address, and a brief description of yourself (completely optional) and notes on what you would like to discuss.
2.
RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
You will receive a message via email and whatsapp with available dates and time for consultation.
3.
WE MEET ONLINE
You bring whatever is on your mind. I listen, then we work through it together. By the time we are done, you will have some clarity, a new perspective, or at least the relief of having spoken to someone who will not dismiss you.
4.
THE SESSION ENDS
No follow-up sessions are required unless requested by you. Follow up sessions remain free and limited to 15 mins and subject to availability.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. There is no payment and no hidden fees. The reason these sessions are free is the same reason my content is free. I believe that women and people in general deserve access to thought provoking discussions about society, feminism and local politics. I offer a limited number of these sessions each week. This also allows me to connect with my supporters on a personal level. The only request I have is that you book a session in good faith and show up on time.
Everything you share in our session is confidential. I will not record the conversation. I will not turn your story into content. I will not discuss your situation with anyone.
No, you do not need to arrive with a prepared topic or specific question. If you have a feeling that something is wrong, or a situation you are struggling to make sense of, that is enough.
Yes. You can be as honest as you need to be. I am not here to evaluate you, grade your decisions, or tell you what you should have done differently. I am here to listen and offer potential solutions.
Fifteen minutes is enough to create clarity on most situations, particularly if we stay focused. That said, if there is something ongoing you want to think through over time, you are welcome to book again in a future week. Please be mindful that others are also waiting for their turn.
Life happens. If you need to cancel, please let me know as early as possible so the spot can be offered to someone else. No-shows without notice close the door to future bookings, simply because those spots could have gone to someone who genuinely needed them.
Disclaimer:
I am not your therapist, attorney, or doctor. I cannot diagnose you, represent you, prescribe anything, or replace professional support. What I can offer in good faith is a thoughtful perspective from someone who understands the social, cultural, and political landscape most of us are navigating in South Africa, without judgment, without an agenda, and without compensation.
